What’s New in the S2 Upgrade?

The all-new S2 Upgrade features an improved smooth, stepless knob-adjustable lumbar support system, giving you more precise control over both lumbar height and depth.

The lumbar support can be adjusted up and down by 1.38" (3.5 cm) and forward and backward by 1" (2.5 cm), allowing you to fine-tune the support to your lower back without being limited to preset positions. The upgraded design also works with the S2’s adjustable seat depth, headrest, and armrests for a more personalized fit.

How do I know if the S2 will fit my body?

Height is a good starting point, but everyone is built a little differently. A good fit means your feet feel supported, your knees sit comfortably, and your back can rest naturally against the lumbar support. The S2 lets you adjust the seat height and depth to find the position that feels right for you.

How does the adjustable seat depth help me get a better fit?

If you've ever felt like an office chair seat was too deep, this is where seat depth makes a difference. The S2 adjusts from 15.7" to 18.1", so you can bring the backrest closer without the seat pressing into the back of your knees. That makes it easier to sit back comfortably and get the lumbar support where you actually need it.

How does the adaptive lumbar support work?

Instead of staying fixed in one position, the S2's lumbar support adjusts 1.38" up and down and adapts up to 0.98" in depth. This helps the support meet your lower back more naturally as you sit and shift positions, so you feel supported without having to force yourself into one posture.

Can I return the S2 if it doesn't fit me?

Yes. If the S2 isn't the right fit for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. For fit or preference-based returns, the chair must meet our return conditions and be sent back in its original packaging, with return shipping covered by the customer. If there's a product defect or quality issue, we'll cover the return shipping. Additional fees may apply if the returned chair shows signs of use or doesn't meet our return conditions.
