Really helped with my slouching. It feels flexible yet supportive. I really like the customizable lumbar positioning and the springs so that I can move around while feeling supported. Works for sitting on the floor or on a chair or stool. It really does take some getting used to because it feels like the chair is pushing you forward, but once you learn to relax into it, it just feels supportive. My advice is to sit straight and lean back into it. Take some time to adjust the back support pads. I have some suggestions for future iterations: the seat cover fabric can be smoother, and the back can get kind of sweaty because it is very form fitting.

I am a young woman with muscular dystrophy. My wheelchair has back and lateral support but there are times I want to be sitting somewhere else, like on the floor playing board games with friends, or in an airplane, or on the couch with my family, or in a regular car seat. I have never been able to do it because I don''t have the right support. With this device I am now able to do all of that and more. I''m completely blown away at how adjustable this thing is. I also use it as the seating system for my back up wheelchair. I''ve never found a gadget that solves so many problems. And it got here in like 2 days flat. Incredible. I will be recommending this to my muscular dystrophy support group and everyone else in my life who has core strength problems.

I use this on my couch. It has improved my posture and helped my legs from falling asleep. My hips are uneven and causes pain when I stand up but this helps that out so much!! Helps with pain and mobility.

This is a great product if you sit all day or don't have back support. It is adjustable on the sides depending on how you sit. Also the best part is that you can use this in places where you don't have a back to your chair, or outside! This really alleviates the pain to your hips, although if you are larger hipped you may have to adjust it a lot more as it will roll your hips forward. . It's very cushiony and comfortable on the seat.

First, I want to note that I typically do not have any back pain. I primarily got this support to help me sit up straighter and improve my posture. I have used it for a few days and am really liking it so far--it is helping me sit up straighter and it makes it harder for me to cross my legs (which is helpful because I'm also trying to stop crossing my legs as often). It adds some amount of lift, so be mindful of that if you are thinking about how the added height might work for your chair/table set up. I also really like that the support doubles as a stadium seat support so it feels like a multipurpose product.

Product exactly as shown in picture. I have bought a few different ones and this one is by far the best seat pad. Large area for bigger people but still works fine for small and skinny people. Super comfortable and seems really good quality for the price.

Ive used a smaller lower back lumbar pillow to help with my posture and back since I have a desk job that requires a lot of sitting. However my back is always still hurting a bit so I decided to try this one after reading the reviews. I’ve had it a few months now and LOVE it!! The cushion support on both the back and bottom seating area is amazing - my bottom no longer hurts when I sit through 8 hours of meetings, and the back cushion is thick but structured enough to help me improve my posture when sitting as well. I like the adjustable straps to allow you to personalize the tension and height of the back rest to what suits your body shape and form - it allows much more support than just a small lumbar pillow. The price for this is also very competitive for the value. Would highly recommend to anyone who has a desk job !

I was getting pain between the shoulder blades and began to realize that it was caused by poor posture while sitting in a dining chair and looking at my iPad too long. I found exercises online, but no amount of back stretching exercises will help if you go right back to the behavior that caused the problem. THIS is the lumbar support I needed. I used Herman miller and steel case chairs and it never felt that comfortable. I still had back pain. My back just didn’t conform to their “ideal” shapes. This just works and it turned my every day office chair into an absolute dream. It’s the perfect height and thickness for me. Firm but cushy too!

'I’m a college student living in a dorm, and the chair they provided sucks, it’s hard on my back and when I study for a long time it really makes my back hurt.

I got this on a whim and it really saved my back honestly. I had this for a few weeks now and it made this dorm chair so much more comfortable. The back strap is sturdy and easy to attach this on to any chair. The memory foam is firm enough to keep my spine upright, but not so hard that it feels like I’m leaning on a brick.

This pillow is honestly so comfortable. Those side “wings” kind of hug my waist, and it makes my whole back feel supported.

'This lumbar support seat cushion feels absolutely great on my back. I first tried it by just putting it on the couch and sitting on it, and it is very supportive of my back instead of just sinking in to the couch, and it feels so much better. It is really great in an office chair, and would be fantastic if I was sitting in an office all day, or if I was currently teaching.
When it first got here I was surprised that it was ready to be used immediately, no putting it together and it wasn't folded up, so I could try it as soon as I got it. I thought it looked a bit like a science fiction seat. On the version that I got, you can adjust the side pieces width and height as you need them, and it comes with an adjustable elastic strap that buckles to the seat you are using it with. I really like these features. Of course, it won't buckle to the couch, but the strap was large enough to go all the way around my vehicle seat while fully adjusted out. The seat and the strap seem to be made of quality, durable materials.'
