CabLady S1 Embrace Ergonomic Office Chair

I’m actually obsessed with this chair! It’s genuinely so comfortable, and the black looks super sleek and clean in my space. The seat has a really nice amount of cushion without feeling too soft, and the lumbar support makes such a difference when I’m sitting for long periods of time.

I also love that you can adjust the headrest, armrests, and seat depth because I was able to get everything positioned exactly how I like it. And the footrest is SUCH a nice bonus when I want to lean back and relax for a little bit.

It feels sturdy and really well made, rolls smoothly, and overall just feels like a huge upgrade from a regular desk chair. I wanted something ergonomic that was still cute and didn’t look super bulky, and this definitely checked all the boxes. 10/10 so far.

I purchased this after months and months of searching after seeing so many reviews from. The short women who loved it. I am 4'10 and about 180 with very wide hips. The width is plenty of room for me and then some, even with the arms all the way in width wise, and they also adjust up and down. The comfort is great and it adjust very far down to the floor as well, so I can fiiiiinally sit the way I'm supposed to. I'm excited to try it for work tomorrow and hope it is helpful for the neck and posture problems I've been having. I adjusted it to go perfectly with my pull out keyboard and I am finally able to sit the way I need to. I love that the seat also adjust in and out and there is a footrest. I didn't end up needing the pillow because it pushes me too far forward in the seat, otherwise I would have used it because it's very comfy (in fact, my boyfriend loved it and put it on his office chair lol). This was 100% worth the price and is great quality and very sturdy. I got it on sale but it is worth full price in my opinion. The assembly wasnt bad according to my boyfriend and the back support is great too. It also makes no noise at all and rolls pretty easily! I will update in a week or 2 once I've used it for a bit as well! Please ignore the mess in my picture I need to clean my office 😅.

I spend most of my day sitting with therapy clients, so having a chair that’s actually supportive isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. My previous office chair was leaving my back sore after long days, and the difference with this chair has been night and day.

My favorite feature is how incredibly adjustable everything is. I was able to customize the seat, armrests, headrest, and lumbar support until it fit my body perfectly, which has made a huge difference in my comfort throughout the day.

And I have to mention the footrest—it seemed like a fun bonus at first, but it’s honestly become one of my favorite features. Being able to lean back and put my feet up between clients has been such a nice way to recharge for a few minutes before my next session.

The chair feels sturdy, was straightforward to assemble, and has made my workdays much more comfortable. If you’re looking for an ergonomic chair you’ll actually want to spend hours in, I highly recommend this one.

The instructions are wonderful, and guide you seamlessly. It only took me about 35-40 minutes by myself to put it together. Once built, the chair was super comfy with a footrest and since it lives in the garage (also a hangout area), everyone is always trying to steal my chair, and it is by far the favorite chair now. The wheels glide so smooth and effortlessly, so it’s my perfect work chair in my favorite color. Great value for the quality you get!

To preface, I never write reviews but I felt like I was doing this chair a disservice if I kept silent about it.

I am 5'2 120lb and I have never found a chair that fit me I work in tech and do a lot of DIY stuff so I tend to be at my desk often. I recently got diagnosed with radiculopathy which most likely was caused by my chair and non ergonomic sitting position. I then decided to try a bunch of chairs, driving from store to store to see what fit me. Every single one of them had the same problems and I was left fruitless till I found this chair. The customer service was so stellar to even help me discuss the functions and how it would fit my body. I am sitting on it now at my desk writing this review and I have never felt something this comfortable in my life (even more than my bed haha).

Quality - The quality is amazing. It came in a large box but everything inside was covered/protected and labeled. Though made out of primarily plastic, it feels extremely sturdy with no wobble (better quality than even my gf's Secretlabs chair!). It being made out of plastic does make it extremely light which helps when the castors get stuck on stuff. The foam is of nice quality and the colors pop. The mesh is soft and comfy but still ridged enough that I am not too worried about it sagging. I did end up switching the castors just to protect my floor but the castors were smooth nonetheless. This chair is also stunning. from the butterfly lumbar to the modern aesthetics of the back and pastel color scheme.

Assembly - Super easy and it only took me around 20 minutes to assemble. I love that the instruction sheet also included its functions so I don't have to guess.

Seat - Oh my do I have a lot to say here. First off, the seat is actually low enough that my feet reach the floor!!!! I have never had that happen with any chair especially for being petite. Not only that, the seat cushion is far back enough that my legs can actually bend and have the 2 fingers under my thighs ergonomics! The chairs I all tried before had seats that were too wide which meant my legs had their circulation cut off from the rim. I love that the seat depth is adjustable too. The foam is super duper soft. I was originally worried about the longevity but then I realized something. If I sat in an incorrect position or slouching with my back not against the backrest, my butt could feel the hard surface underneath but if I sit up, and push my back against the backrest and sit correctly, I cannot feel that. Not only did they contour the seat to my shape, the cushion even forces you to sit correctly to be the most comfortable. So incredibly thoughtful. I do wish the seat cushion was washable though. I'm worried the pretty pink is going to get stained easily.

Footrest - Thoughtful addition with a comfy washable cover. I do wish it locked in place when retracted because it likes to come out sometimes. Also once in a while in a certain position, the rails like to catch on the height adjustment lever.

Armrests - Super solid and no wobble at all. The cushioning is firm yet has a tiny bit of give which is nice. I do wish there were more adjustments here though: especially in and outwards for petite individuals.

Lumbar support - Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. I love that the cushion is removeable and washable too! I also like that there is back and forth movement on the lumbar support. The butterfly style makes it feel like a hug and I absolutely love it. I do wish there was up and down adjustments for the lumbar though. It's a little low for me but it is still extremely comfy.

Backrest - Super nice mesh and I have no problems with it. I have yet to be able to feel the hard plastic behind.

Headrest - Love the 2d movement that can adjust exactly to what I like. Comfy and no wobbles at all. But because of how short the headrest is, and backrest, I don't agree with the height limit. I do not think anyone above 5'10 would find it comfy because their head would be too high up.

Thoughtful features all around to even the back with the bag and clothing hanger! I do wish the clothing hanger was either angled up more or had some non slip design because my clothes do like to slip off. The bag hanger is also a bit short. But all in all, extremely thoughtfully designed from the contoured seat, to the smaller measurements (it looks comically small next to standard office chairs haha). I will love this chair till the end of time and I do believe it to last that long. I'm so thankful for this company for giving us petite women some love. I've seen so many petite women including me getting health problems because chairs just simply don't fit them.
The first day I sat in this chair, I refused to get up because of how comfy it was.

Oh, okay, no, ma'am.Most comfortable desk chair I've ever had! Well designed, looks really nice and I get so many compliments on my chair at work. Perfect for the shorter girl. At 5' I finally found a chair suited for my height and that works well with my lower and upper back pain issues. At the end of the day, I'm finally not in terrible pain after work. Completely love the lower back pillow support and having the ability to raise my feet with the extendable foot rest. Well done CabLady! Ive been recommending this chair to ALL my girl friends and colleagues.

The wife says its the the best desk chair she has ever sat in. She works in it 40+ hours a week. Typing and rocking a foot pedal. From my part of the deal. It was the best packaging, super will organized, with every part very well labeled and the instructions were super clear and easy to understand. I've put together a lot of furniture and gear over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The care and attention to detail made me think a woman set it up. I should add the edges on the bottom of the legs can be sharp. I recommend using gloves when putting legs on. We highly recommend this chair. 👍🏻👍🏻

The chair is very comfortable once I figured how to make it lean backwards. It is great as a computer chair and for reclining in to watch TV.

I absolutely love this chair. I’m 5’5” with a long torso and shorter legs. I’ve been unable to find a char where my feet can fully sit flat on the ground without going to far back in the seat. It’s so comfortable and I love the leg rest option. Well worth the money. It took me about an hour to put together you definitely have to use some muscle and coordination when putting the wheels in.

I'm 5'2 and fluctuate between 130 and 150 pounds. This chair is the most comfortable office chair I've ever had. It supports my lower back and head in the right area which is always hard to find for short people. The seat base is actually short enough for my legs to bend comfortably. The footrest is a game changer! Quality seems excellent so far but I've only had it a week or so. So far, this is worth every penny.

I love my chair, its so pretty and comfortable. Im in love with bows and tge bow cushion was a plus for me.
